  • Behringer K3000FX cd in left not as loud as right

Using a cd player in The Left side rca jack is considerably less than the right side volume wise.
I tried the other channels left and right and they are more equal.

Is this common to the amp? Is it a known problem?

Sound to me like is specific to the Tape In circuit.
The circuit usually employs an opamp.
    Time to open her up.

The tape inputs are handled separately.

IC9 handles them. it is a 4580. It may be failing. Other things to check: input caps

Left is C52, right is C61 10uf parts. SInce they connect directly to the jacks, they may be damaged.

Output from the two sides of the IC feed through C19 and C18 to resistors feeding the master, line, and phones busses.
