Yorkville YBA 200-2 Blowing Capacitor

I thought it was a fantastic deal and so I bought it, smoke came out when I went to try it out. Capacitor C58 Poof so I changed it as well as it's pair on the 560 V leg but no joy... I'm trying to figure it out but starting to go in circles. What all could cause it?

Forgot about cause and effect. The blown cap was the effect and another shorted cap further down the power supply was the cause!
