AC plug for Wurlitzer model 200A

Does anyone know a source for an AC plug or AC cord for the Wurlitzer model 200A electric piano? It's an unusual configuration 3 prong female connector.

Is that the oval type? Many have been converted to IEC, which is probably the best way to go if the unit has a long life expectancy .
