Pyle Pro PT4001X channel 1 not working

It reads input on the LED readout, but channel one will not output. Channel two works fine, but one just will not put out. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

The bad news is, I don't think you are going to find any documentation on the amp.
I guess you could try Pyle Pro.
The good news is, you have a working channel.
Check that the bad channel has good power rails & that the output transisitors are not shorted.
