b647 transistor sub

Anyone know of an available sub for the 2sb647 transistor?? Limited stock available and I would like 2 order something from mouser. Closer to me.
Used in a TOA P-912mk2 amp. They still work, but the board is tanned around them from all those years of use and it's only a matter of time.

The MJE15031 might be worth a try. It's a TO220 package that can dissipate more power than the oversized TO92. It's also somewhat slower though.
