Many modern Fender footswitches which have LEDs also have extra diodes inside and maybe resistors, those usually do not activate other amps , because they don't exactly short contacts, but apply a polarity sensitive load on a (typically around 30VAC) signal inside Fender preamps.
While standard "universal" shorting switches plugged into Fender amps retain some functionality (such as switching channel but not reverb or boost).Juan Manuel Fahey

If it were me, I'd stick a trs plug into the jack with the outer jacket removed, take a clip lead and go to town. You should be able to figure out shorting what to what makes things switch in a couple minutes."I took a photo of my ohm meter... It didn't help." Enzo 8/20/22

The schematic really is that bad, not just a bad scan, but it's all I have for the T-30R

From what I can read of the schematic, it looks like 2 separate 1/4" jacks (one for reverb and one for channel switching). Both look to be simple mono jacks and a simple shorting footswitch would do the job. If you could find an old Fender style footswitch with two switches on it, you could replace the RCA ends with 1/4" ends and you'd be set. Of course, anything of that sort should work."I took a photo of my ohm meter... It didn't help." Enzo 8/20/22
