What mosfet to suit/order

Hey, this is most definitely a simple question that a lot of you will know the answer too, i however don't!

I have a faulty mosfet on a Mackie RCF 300a Amp

On the actual mosfet installed into the board it has this written on it

IRFP140 021H M9 52

in the service manual it stats this - MOSFET Transistor C2T62-313A101 IRFP140

Could someone please link me to one that would work for this application as i'm unsure which one to order to replace it.

Ebay would be fine but can do direct from website if that's what i need to do.

Also located in AUS, so if i could get what i'm looking for from this country, my turn around time to fix will be a lot quicker.

If the Q12 (IRFP140) is burned, I would like to recommend you to check the R26 (100 Ohm) resistor. It can be open or burned too.
