I am having some issues with my PA system. I had it plugged up a few months ago in my gym. When I returned back to use it, it would not power on. No lights anywhere on the machine. I have check the input power, it is set for 110-120v-60hz. I read up that I could change out the fuse behind the 110 power cord. the fuse was still good. Could it be a power supply issue inside the box?

The short answer is yes. Before you tear the thing apart, try another known good power cord. If that doesn't do it and the fuse is good, you probably have power supply issues. It is an SMPS, so unless you have experience with these, I would recommend taking it to a qualified tech."I took a photo of my ohm meter... It didn't help." Enzo 8/20/22

usually if ther is a fault, we get the protect light on. Yours has no lights? It might be a bad cord, or any of the power switch wiring and related mains circuits. Yes, the SMPS itself could be bad.
The SMPS is a complex and dangerous thing to service.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
