JBL PRX715

I have a JBL PRX715 that is producing a loud cracking sound through the amp /speaker at fairly high volumes, it sounds like a static discharge very erratic but loud from the speaker.
at low volume 85db it seems to work all day. But when i run it at around 105db then the cracking starts, anyone heard this before and what is the likely cause,

Cracked solder joint, being vibrated by sound level? Try giving it an Enzo thump with your fist, any reaction?

Sadly it´s hardly "the same" problem and very very unlikely the same solution, "crackling" is a very generic symptom with hundreds or thousands possible causes.

Start by giving it a hard thump/whack with your balled fist (the Enzo whack), what happens?

Can you open that cabinet and expose boards and connectors?
