    I fed 120ac to both motors and they work good. So something is going on with the switching circuit. Has several diodes that are unmarked, a couple relays. Anybody have any ideas, I would be most grateful.

      Didn't have parts list. My schematic has transistors listed but not the diodes. It has glass diodes, regular diodes and zener, no indication of what they are or specs

        Uhm, Yes. They have a full downloadable service manual there with the whole kit and kaboodle- including parts list.

          I hope we are not planning to replace all of them?

          So connected to the organ, or the controller, the slow motor comes on, but not the fast? So when you turn on fast, does the fast relay click on? If so, then your triac is suspect. If the relay does not click on, then I would verify the control signal coming in is working, and then I would indeed check D10.
