Slate Pro Audio Dragon Calibration of the meter

Hi
A local studio has given me this to have a look at. He says it works perfectly , But the meter is not working correctly He showed me at the time he dropped it off,

I have contact slate pro audio for any assistance with info on calibration but i have heard nothing back

I was hoping as its a USA made piece of kit that one of you lot on here, may have done one before

OK, so it is NOT working perfectly.

He showed me it is working

OK so it DOES work.

Perhaps we can be a little more clear on what it does or doesn;t do.

Sorry enzo it was not well explained . he did explain it to me when he dropped it off. He said the unit is working perfectly apart from the meter, the meter is just not working how it should,
I have sent a message to him asking him to explain it a little further.

Ive spoken to the owner with the Gain reduction switch on the the squash s/w on the meter should be at 0, but its full defected over to the right.
i hope this clears it up

I spoke to slate audio, they were not very helpful, a lot of posts on FB and other forums on the meter issue
None seem to have a cure
Returning the unit to customer
