JBL EON 515XT No bass...

So have 2 of these and a 10 inch version I'm repairing for a guy for his church... I have one of the 15 inch that you can hear the treble but absolutely ZERO bass... has anybody seen this before? I know it could be a number of simple things like a speaker cable off or bad wire... but I've seen some pretty dismal reviews of the reliability of these... I haven't cracked it open yet as I'm waiting to see how long it's been since the Church bought them as I read JBL has a 5-year warranty on them and I dont wanna void that if its still valid.. I know it's not alot of info but I will flesh out what I find later... any ideas welcome....

Check the woofer first. It could be blown or if it gets dropped the magnet can shift and pinch the voicecoil so the cone can't move anymore.

Nice... thanks... I will....also the high driver doesn't sound exceptionally loud... hmmm....
