Fender Expo System Protect "breaking in"

Hi;

I just received a Fender Expo System for months ago with good sounding. Unfortunately recently when I pass the subwoofer volume the half point, the protect system cut the signal completely and I have to turn the knob down, this happen even if I don't have a signal connected to the input. I can get the system to full volume without problem if the subwoofer is off or below half.

I already checked the subs wiring, fuses, popped caps or burned sections of the board, and nothing seems out the normal. The protect circuit use a relay MPX GPF/C; Could this relay become over sensitive and cutting before the actual specifications?

I don't have the schematic by now, but already asked Fender support for a copy. I'll upload it asap.
