Well.
I have listened to your advice and turned it on without the light bulb limiter. And again all my suspicions, it is working fine.
In the beggining, I turned it on and there was a terrible hum so I turned it off and put the limiter, I change the volumen pot because it has a problem, and then I detected the cap failure. But any time I turned it on the light bulb shined on. So I asumed there was something else wrong.
