Genelec 1031A PA-Driver problem

Hi, I've a 1031A with a PA-Driver problem.

I've to replace an SMD transistor (orange circle in picture).

Anyone have information about this transistor model?

Here is a service manual, but I think it may be for an older, non-SMD version.
