Behringer Eurolive B212D Power supply issue

This came in to be dead, No power on , no lights
On checking the psu . Found nothing short or blown
No secondary voltages or primary starting up and off again
Checking the Schematic and voltages
I have VDC-H ( 325vDC but i have no 16v
So i have hunted the schematic for the source of 16v and i can't find it
Now either im missing it here or a possible typo
I have tried to trace it off the 16v points from around the board, without joy,
schematic attached is for B215D same components and ref

IC6 Viper 22A as i had some new ones in stock I changed it , but as expected no change

Any assistance would be welcome

The 16V Comes from the secondary winding TR1-B. Try changing capacitor C10, use a low esr cap.
