Kustom KPM-4100 -15v regulator service bulletin?

Hello,

FIrst, I'd like to thank everybody that responded to this old thread about the Kuston KPM-4100 PA.

The info in there was a great help in finding the source of the bizarre squeal that would begin after about 15 minutes of operation.

I realize that it's a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone still had a PDF copy of the service bulletin that was mentioned. All of the files in that thread are either missing or the links on the kustom web site are long gone.
