Hi nosaj, ...the noise is there without connecting the jack... I already checked the relevant TP values they seem to be Ok...sorry for the question, did you take a look at the circuit diagram... i sent it as an attachment in my first post. the signal is clean up to the C47.The 45V PSU is very simple. I replaced the filtering caps with new ones this was my first guess... As the preamp is clean the +/- 16V PSU should not be the problem. There are some direct AC connections in the circuit after the preamplifier , my guess is that these additional AC voltages cause interference.. The electrolytic capacitors C86, C87 their center has a direct influence on the loudspeaker output.. I will isolate the +/- 45V voltages of the Poweramp PSU and then measure the ripple to rule out that it is comes from. Excuse my bad english this is the google translated one ...

Look over your solder joints after you check the ripple. Bad or cold solder joints can cause noise also.

Well I somehow got rid of the hum. I desoldered all Darlingtons . I placed only 2 darlingtons instead of 6 ... had re-soldered all relevant soldering points. Then I soldered 4 NEW Darlingtons in again and the hum was back...then removed the new ones left the two and everything is quiet... .all 0.47ohm resistors are measured and they are ok .
