It does look like Hammond / Leslie.
6C5 preamp tube,
Pre- 1/4" input connectors, (dating it to "sometime" 1940s) and the output jacks (multi-pin) may be intended to drive (or power) a rotating speaker.
There type connectors were frequently used on Hammond church and theater organs.
Until you see the inside, it's kind of hard to tell exactly.

It *may* be Hammond. I'd look for "AO-" part numbers on the transformers. Could be anything tho. Organ, 50s juke amp...who knows. Those threaded hi-z connectors were used well into the 60s on PA amps and other stuff.The farmer takes a wife, the barber takes a pole....
