  • Eurotubes Any Problems ?

    Just had a friend that had some nightmares with Euro getting some tubes in so I can bias it and he still doesn't have them and it's been two weeks. They don't know if they shipped them are not so he emails them looking for the tubes and they want to argue about emails and service providers but not about the important thing. Wheres the tubes ? They didn't have any problems taking his money though, that was flawless. Just wondering because Bob seems to be always on top of it but Euro dropped the ball on this one. Any one else having problems ?

    Never had any problems with them. Bobs always on top of things. I always get my tubes within two days of ordering from them. This is really unusual for them.

      Why not call Bob yourself and ask. Sometimes customers do not communicate well.

      Every shop has its stories like this call:

      Hello, service

      Yeah, is my amp done?

      Which amp is it?

      It's a Fender

      Can you be more specific?

      It's black.

      OK. Then what is your name?

      Bob.

      And downhill from there.
      Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

          No problem here,ever

          Never had any problems with Eurotubes (though maybe I should,as I had a few "glitches" with some other US webstores...remember,I live in Croatia,Europe and sometimes things go harder or stuff gets lost/never sent just because of that).
          Amp Kat,your friend's problem seems to be an exception of the rule.I sincerely hope that it'll be eventually solved and that there'll be no other unpleasant stories related to Bob's business (who is,although,a fast and fair guy).

            Just wanted to check with the people I trust the most and that's you guys. I have only heard and seen great service from Bob but I also think this was a case where he wasn't involved and it could be a miscommunication like Enzo said. I'll call Bob today and see what happened.

              SOmetimes Bob is out of the country, he visits the JJ plant every so often. Maybe?

                No not this time. I called him and talked to him as some other things went down also that I really don't want to discuss here but lets say that I realize in this business you have to try to push your integrity of the product but it seems like it's always someone elses fault when something goes wrong. I 'm going to bite my tongue on this one, take the punches and move on.
