    Preamp tubes with different triodes

    I once came across preamp tubes with different triodes paired together in the same tube. I can't seem to remember the name/code. Anyone here with information on pre.amp tubes with one 6AV6 triode paired with other triodes?

    12DW7, one 12AX7 triode plus a 12AU7. JJ's version ECC832.

    There's a rarely seen JJ ECC823 where the hi gain and hi current triodes are reversed.
    This isn't the future I signed up for.
