Help Id holland made tube ,looks like el84 not sure though

The tube comes from an unknown maker .i am told it looks like a valco chassis.there is a rectifier tube called an ez81 then 2 output tubes ,and 2 12ax7 preamps .one of the output tubes is missing and I can't get a id off the tube kniw matter if I stick it in the freezer,use the moisture from my mouth all over the tube and looked at it in different light sources etc....The output transformer is an 8 ohm. All the other tubes say made in holland ,and the amp has a red inked stamp saying September 22 1964.Any kind of help in identifying the tubes or the make will be greatly appreciated .thanks all

does look like an el84, as to the origin or make of the amp i can't help there, looks well made.
guessing likely from the 1950s.

oops guess not from 50s but same style of build.

Internal structure is identical to EL84 Tungsram (Hungary).
