does anyone know the impedance of a Jensen C12s?
its a 12" amp and this is what i see printed on the amp

If you have a DMM just measure the DC resitance of the voice coil with speaker disconnected. The DC reading will be a little lower than the nominal impedance. An 8 ohm speaker will measure about 5 or 6 ohms.
If you don't have a DMM then take the speaker to an electronics repair shop for measurement.
