I can use OT 4200R instead 3500R with this circuit?

And why they said 15W? The 6L6 only out's 6W in SE.

No problem using 4.2k. 6L6 datasheet recommends 4.2k to 4.5k. Output can be up to around 11W with a plate voltage of 350V reducing to 6.5W @ Vp=300V.
An overrated OT will have less DCR losses

Yes.
That link is to a DIY project.
He simply chose a 15W transformer.
Seeing that the amplifier is for audio, he probably chose a high quality transformer & upped the rating.

Yes yes that right but what if you wanted to try a 6550 with minimal changes?

The tweed deluxe I built from junk box stuff had a OT twice as large as a normal one. I tried 6k6 , 6v6, 6l6, 6550. I did not try the EL34 in it though. And I didn't look at any datasheets for it them either. I was playing and having fun. I break it oh I already own it fix it. I'm not adverse to breaking my own things sadisticly(I kinda of enjoy repair).
