GCB-95 (True Bypass + A Lot Of Treble)

Hi I'm sorry about my english but i have a real broblem with my crybaby.
The first I want to know is how i can make my crybaby do true bypass.
The second is why my crybaby has so treble sound and so sort distance at pedal.
I bought it last year and the sound was "trebly" from then.
My quitar is Ibanez RG2570 and I know that is a screamming quitar but I have played with an older crybaby (with the same quitar and the same amp) and the sound was warm without so trebles and the distance of the pedal was longer.
