You could start by removing or reducing the size of C5 for more treble edge. But to get a "more metal" sound you would probably have to put another pair of clipping diodes in parallel with C5 as well to get a more aggressive distortion.

That pedal is not really built for metal distortion, it is really better suited to smooth distortion and clean-ish volume boosts. Boss has a couple of variants of this pedal that are more suited for metal, see if you can look those up. Sorry, I can't recall the model numbers off the top of my head (maybe the OD2?).

cbarrow7625 is quite right. The TS808 is the wrong starting point for a metal pedal. But if your friend wants more "metal" he needs more of these things:

        1) Bass: Raise C3 to .22 or .47uf (470nf).

        2) More gain and distortion: If you make C3 470nf, then make R6 3k3. This will give a maximum gain of 167x instead of 118x. With more bass, it will clip more easily.

        3) Less compression: The TS808 gets a smoother sound because the diodes (D1/D2) are in the feedback loop (between pin 1 and 2). If you put the two diodes in parallel with C5, they will clip in a way that gives a bit less compressed sound.

        4) More "scoop": The TS tone control works by either boosting IC1B at treble frequencies, or by turning the gain down for IC1b and rolling off more of the treble. The treble is already rolled off by C5, as cbarrow says, by C5, so making it smaller is a good idea. Take the .047uf cap that you used for C3 and use it for C5 instead. Now, look at tone mod 6 and 7 at the AMZ site: http://www.muzique.com/lab/tstone.htm

            Here the result
            1. Change C5 to 473 and and diode cliping pararel with.
            2. Change C3 to 470nf. But sound is horrible, with too much gain and clipping produce sound thin and very very treble.. wew..
            3. Change C3 to 220nf. Dark sounding and compromise treble.. three finger.. headbanger.. yeah..

My friend had arrived and try this. And he smile happy like horse. He liked the sound but not much sustain he said. He will add some delay to fix the problem.
Thanks to cbarrow7625 and Mark Hammer for helping me. Make me learn alot to modding effects
