Vintage Deluxe Memory Man help needed...

Hello, everyone. I'm new around here. I was lucky enough to happen upon a Deluxe Memory Man for $10.00. The problem is, it powers on and the leds come on and the level pot works (the pedal still boosts when activated) but none of the delay works (the guy I bought it from put it perfectly: "A Memory Man who can't remember anything."). I've just recently been delving into electronics and stuff; I am not at a total loss looking around, but could really use some help.

So, I was wondering if anyone on here could lend some assistance. The PCB# is EH-7850C. From what I can tell by dating the pots it's from around 1977 (if the "78" in the PCB# means "1978," then don't I look foolish?). Any help, a picture of someones working wiring setup, anything, would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The device is very simple. Here is the schematic.
In order to fix it you need only signal generator and scope
(and a little knowledge and experience).
