a/b/y opinions

im putting some finishing touches to my loop orientated pedal boards and am interested in the potential that a/b/y boxes would posses. does anyone have experience and or opinions on different makes and models.. ideally something that provides the most options for the least amount of money and doesnt sound like poop. the ls2 looks good.

ps. right now im borrowing a vintage EH slingblade.. fine and all but doesnt tell me which chain im on.. not good.

the morely a/b y is pretty standard one and has leds to let you know which is selected. and its reasonably priced. the boss a/b is good too but no "Y". ive used both.

unless your on a tight budget i would definitely suggest getting one with isolated outs.
the most irritating thing when i was experimenting with multiple amp setups was the noise through cross signals, leakage and ground loops.
took me ages to figure it out. i ended up reverting back to a simpler chain in the end, although there are some serious musical possibilities with multiple outs/amps/ins
