Does anyone here have any idea how to build up a whizzer like neil youngs to control the pots on the amp? i just have brain lock and can use some help. lol

Either Allelectronics or Electronics Goldmine have motorized pots for sale at decent prices. Whether those pots come in values suitable for what you wish to control is another matter, though.

In the big picture, you will need not only motorized pots, but some means of storing settings, and converting the stored data to pot movement. That starts to get both complicated and expensive.
