Univox / Stage EC-100 Problem

Hi Folks. I just bought a working Univox EC-100 and have a few questions. I have never used one before so I don't know what to expect as "normal" operation. On Mine the repeat knob works but the repeats are not very loud is there an internal adjustment I can do to make the repeats more pronounced or is this normal for this machine. I am capable of making the repairs if needed and have a schematic as well. I have replaced the felt pads and tape seems to work fine already.

I had an echo chamber doing the same thing and replacing the tape with new never used tape solved that problem.

univox/unicord/stage ec 100

no delay the tape looks good get sound just dry guitar but no delay the motor is on revs up and down it is working tape looks rebuilt doesnt look old any pointers anyone
