Are they ok as a clean buffered boost It makes my amp really loud by itself.should it be after my wha and fuzz or at the end behind the DDL

There's no right or wrong way to link things up. It's up to you to experiment, in order to see which way works best for you.
If you ask 'what's the best way to connect things to get them to do XYZ?' then people might be able to make a valid suggestion.

You've noticed that it adds a lot of gain, so be aware that the extra gain will easily overload other effects too. It might not be a good idea to overload a digital device - you know what happens there. There is no right or wrong if you like the sound. Generally, guitar effects expect a guitar level input. Save the boost for the end unless you have a reason to do something different. Experiment.
