I appreciate your effort to make sure that people don't mooch off someone else's hard work. I'm not going to go through all of them, but I am familiar with what is on the Tonepad site, and after going through a handful of project PDFs that might conceivably correspond to what you are talking about, I have not found anything that matches your description.

Thanks for your thoughtful reply. I realized that this is certainly not the place to post IP related issues. Specially before taking the proper channels first.

I am just concerned about how big the damage to the DIY community can be done by violations in copyright.

Well, if I actually SAW any, I'd join you in bringing it to people's attention, but so far I haven't seen anything. Your concerns may be misplaced, and you may be sounding a false alarm, OR you may be righting a wrong. At this point, I can't tell. Give me some examples to work with.
