DOD Stereo Flanger FX70

Came up on an old ('83?) Stereo Flanger, DOD FX70. Found a lot of reviews that have convinced me to see if I can get it working. Issue: the switchplate (terminology?), you know, the black piece you actually step on to turn it on or off, is gone. Like totally missing. I filled out an info form on the DOD website, but haven't heard good things about their response times. Anyone know where I might find a replacement?

I would buy a DOD distortion pedal from the same series on ebay and then rob the switchplate off of it. I can't imagine a DOD distortion pedal would be more than $25 on eBay?
