This is a very professional outfit. I have an old M1 with a missing knob and finally decided to order a replacement. I went to their web site and requested ordering information. They responded the next day and only wanted to know my address. The following day I got a shipping confirmation from Tiawan, no charge for anything. Got it yesterday. Pretty sweet. Next time I'm looking for equipment, I'll look at TC Electronics before going to Lexicon.

never dealt with TC Electronics' customer services, but I have their Polytune pedal and its a great piece of kit.

while we're talking of credit where its due, I dealt with Visual Sound a couple of years back regarding a replacement DPDT footswitch on a Jeckyl & Hyde pedal - they sent two switches free of charge to the UK. Great service.
