malekko 616 problems

my malekko 616 stopped passing wet signal all of a sudden. the pedal turns on (all leds light) and the dry signal passes just fine and the gain trimmer inside functions, but the wet signal is not part of it at all. i tried both the buttons on/off and tried the pots at different positions. i've never tampered with the internal trimmers (other than the gain, which is in the manual) so I don't think that's it.

what should I be looking for, or try?
