I have just bought a second hand pedal but when I plug it in it seems to have too high an output. The output dial at the back doesn't seem to make any difference. Is there anywhere else I should be looking at?

Digitech has not service manuals containing test and adjustment procedures.
For this reason for the time being do factory reset and pedal calibration.
If you have not the complete user’s guide I can send it.
