  • Roland Space Echo RE501 part??

    Hey all!

I just repaired my space echo but alas, I damaged the trap coil with the setting of the trap bias.......

Anyone knows the value of this coil???? It should be an inductor, trimmable, Roland parts# is MC-128 or 022-045......... on the inductor the text 'EON2 SNY1325' is written over and over

Hi, I have the trap coils available here - Echo Fix - Roland Space Echo Parts, Service & Repair RT-L1, RE-201, RE-501, RE-150 — Echo Fix
I have many other Space Echo parts as well. The site was created from my own frustration at the lack of Roland Space Echo parts :-)

                  1. You call roland and they force you to listen to recorded commercials, before they answer the phone.
                  2. They really don't stock anything, it's all in Japan.
                  3. It takes forever to get to the US.
                  4. One little part is shipped in a giant box, and they charge you a fortune to ship it.
                  5. If you order 3 parts, they ship the parts in 3 boxes, at three times, and charge you three shipping charges.
                  6. I will never buy or recommend a roland product to anybody.
                  7. I hope they read this. They suck.

Gee SGM, consider that you are ranting about the US distribution office and their problems providing parts for a 25 year old product, with someone in the Netherlands, and he will be dealing with a totally different organization.

And I am all in favor of Echofix, and applaud his efforts. Of course if you think three boxes to you from Calfornia was expensive shipping, just wait until your parts are coming from Australia, where Echofix lives.

I have to note that the S&H was pretty low............ and the costs for the replacement part were that also...... Only that slowness frustrated me..........
