  • Modding an anlog delay pedal to remove the dry signal?

    Ey up
I'm looking to take a cheap BBD delay (like the Behringer VD400) and wire it so the dry signal is mute.
In most pedals like this there's a level pot that controls the wet level, could I just run a line from here straight to an output?
Seems like it should be that simple but I have no real clue what I'm talking about here!

Quite likely, all you need to do is stick a plug into the direct-out jack. Usually, the way these things work, the default is to combine dry and wet in the main output, but divide them up if the user employs both output jacks. If you stick a plug in the direct-out jack, then in theory your "Out" jack should be wet-only.

    So, no mods needed.

will check one out in store and test the theory.
