Need Help w/ Vintage Echoplex

Greetings I am looking for help on fixing my echo plex. It used to be my favorite thing in studio and now when I went to pull it out after years of hiatus the tape is not running. I can hear it humming like it used to but nothing wants to move. Any advice?

You gotta clean and lube the capstan motor, replace the pinch roller, the regulator for the erase also tends to fail.
There is no fixing it without tearing it down.
