Sheets for what? My first source is Mouser - or other similar supplier. If the part is still around, their part listings usually include a button for data sheet. If you know who made the part, Motorola/OnSemi, Toshiba, whoever, go to their web site and search the part. When you google the part, you get a lot of listings for those ALL DATA SHEET places. Those places are businesses trying to make money, they are not just a database for our convenience. So they provide lots of opportunites for your eyes to see ads and links.
