I have a Line 6 XT Live with the g seqment out on all 3 chanell switch leds. Anyone have that problem before. I have the factory schematics. Is it the chip or the leds ?

The LED can be checked with a meter.

I too would want the schematic to comment, but generally, such displays are strobed, so the segments are common and the digits are strobed, or something similar. If all the g segments are dead, then either the segment drive is dead, be it chip or transistor, or there is an open between drive and display LEDs, or one LED display has grounded off the segment and that causes the others on the same line to go dark.
You should be able to scope the drive to the display.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.Comment

The Forum limit is 3 meg.
You need a program that will 'knock down' large pdf files.
Get "Cute PDF Writer"
It's free.
It sets up as a 'printer'.
When you 'print' a number of pages (to knock it down) it will save it as it's own PDF file.
So a 12mg file can be split into 4, 3 meg files.Comment
