Distortion plus wont pass signal when button is engaged

Im trying to get a pedal fixed and was wondering if anyone may have an idea what the problem may be. step on the button and no signal. any ideas?

Does the LED illuminate when you call for distortion?
I would check the opamp power pins to make sure that it is getting power.
After that, check the output pin for unwanted Vdc.
It should sit at 1/2 the battery voltage.

Do you have a meter?

yes i have a multi meter

Set the meter to read Volts dc & check the power pins of the IC & the output pin.
