StroboStomp VS-S - 1/4" connector

I have a Peterson StroboStomp VS-S that is missing the nut on one of the 1/4" connectors (see pic below).

This is an odd one and I have nothing like it in my misc bin. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

That is one strange nut.

The appearance of the nut is unusual, small and round, but the jack poking out from the hole looks like the common "Jalco" type jack.
