LDR for easyvibe?

Could I use this LDR for the easyvibe, 2856k/10lux, R=5-10k, dark res. min. 300k.

Probably. The thing about Uni-vibe type designs is that they distribute the phase shift fairly broadly, rather than in a focussed narrow manner. As such they can still work nicely with wide tolerances in LDRs.
