Knob covers for Dunlop Octave Wah

I'm fixing a Dunlop GCB-95O which has a broken pot, and the knob and rubber knob bumper were lost. The knob is pretty standard but have never seen covers like that anywhere else. Anyone know a source of replacements?

Those originally were MXR knob covers, but now are from Dunlop. They are available directly via the website or can probably be ordered from most Dunlop dealers.
