  • Boss OC-2 Octiver Adaptor ACA120?

    I have a 1983 OC-2 It runs on ACA-120 I tried using a Y on a PSA but the light is dim,and on my1984 Boss SDS DDL the manual says NOY to y..Can someone explain in DAB terms what can I do to use a PSa120,if you say short it out what or how do you do it...It is a cool pedal after you master it some..I don't want mess it up

      IT used a nonregulated power supply the Ispot and Godlyke only do Boss PSA120

          The ACA is DC but unregulated. The PSA is regulated. The ACA puts out higher voltage at lighter loads. This mucks up the LED when you use a ACA pedal with a PSA supply.
          The problem is outlined here:

          Solution is to either mod the pedal like this: http://stinkfoot.se/archives/1019

          Or you can just use it along with a pedal designed for the PSA (Boss SDS DDL?) as outlined here: https://reverb.com/ca/item/527381-boss-aca-120g
