EPK pcb troubles

Hi, I got some EPK pcbs I ordered from their site https://effectpedalkits.com
Checking the pcbs I fould out that they are faulty, missing continuity between several soldering pads, e.g. no continuity on grounds etc.. Asking meanwhile several times for fixing, replacement or checking their obviously faulty designed pcbs, I got no answer from EPK.
Any similar bad experiences with EPK pcbs?

Problems solved, after a short time I finally got an answer, rechecked pcb and wiring, replaced a bad cable, the circuit is working fine now. The pcb was ok, internally broken ribbon cable was the culprit.

Just curious (very) about your:

missing continuity between several soldering pads, e.g. no continuity on grounds

a

broken ribbon cable

does not explain that.
Care to elaborate?

Maybe post a PCB picture and say: "I didnīt have continuity between here and here"
