Not sure a thumbsup is appropriate for that comment, but I think it's possibly, sadly insightful.

If they weren't all arranged tandem, in matching cases, no spaces and only two model repeats I might have guessed a used guitar gear store closing out. Possibly an old recording studio. But in this case I think this person just had a bad case of g.a.s. Sadly he's not likely to sell them as a "lot" and with modern gear a lot of those boxes are pedantic or redundant. There's no way he's getting $40k
