NOS Germanium?

I just got some AC128's and AC125's off ebay. They were sold as NOS transistors except they look very shiny and brand new. The makes are said to be Tungsram and Phillips. Is there any way I can date them or tell if they are fakes? I have some CV7003 (OC44) that I can tell are old but these look brand new. How old does a transistor have to be before someone can call them NOS?
He also sells some NKT275's that I think are new. He says they are 'vintage' but doesn't mention if they are NOS.
Any ideas on this? Thanks

NOS and Vintage do not mean very much these dazes To some vintage is 5 years ago and Nos the same.You probly got some new ones.I bought some tfish caps that were nos taiwain They make clons of everything now LOL
