MIdiverb 2 OVLD LED

Someone was throwing out an Alessis Midiverb 2. So obviously I've given it a home. The OVLD LED flickers on and off all the time with no signal present. I seem to remember this was a common issue back in the day. A quick internet search doesn't provide any answers (or indeed a schematic).

Anyone got a fix for this?

Yes, a piece of black tape over the LED.

I think so. Its a 9VAC 750mA Alesis T3
